I've never used liquid yeast before and I know the consensus is that you should always make a starter when using liquid yeast to ensure you have enough healthy active yeast. But I was wondering if there would be enough yeast cells in a vial of WL029 to pitch directly into a 2.5 gallon batch of ~1.050 wort?
