using this for a manifold?

so after a few slow sparges im thinking of trying something else.... when i first made my 10gl round tun i used 3/4" braid..
but i also saw this at lowes and thought about trying it as a manifold..
what would work better slits at the bottom or holes ? its also 3/4"

I like my openings at the bottom, seems to mean less to clear out, and I get less solids in the runoff...

How are you going to work it? Plug one end?

Yeah id just plug it with brass plug. I may give it a shot
