I just tasted an Italian IPA called Guerrilla from the CRAK Brewery, which I found absolutely awesome in spite of a not so exceptional score on RateBeer.

The label just mentions Mosaic, Simcoe, Galaxy and IBU 43.
I wanted to ask you guys for your guesses on hops additions and dry hopping for 5 Gal.
Of course, this may vary a lot from one brewer to another, but I just wanted to see if some obvious hopping schedule and quantities emerged from your suggestions.
