Mine looks like that for a while when the krausen starts to disappear. (within the first week after pitching) By the end of the second week most of the floating stuff disappears.
 
Yeah. It was flocculating and probably could have appreciated more time but it's fine. Don't rush your poor beer. ;)
 
Really? Just normal flocculation? Wow, guess brewing in an opaque fermenter means I miss out on all these stages, I've never seen it looking like that.

Reason why I worried and racked to secondary was that it had been 17 days in primary and looked like that, while the other batch I had on had been 10 days in primary and most of the yeast had already settled to the bottom. Also using US-05.

Never mind, it's pouring now and tastes great :mug:
