Is it ok to use a carboy while it's still damp after using this product?

From what i understand, easy clean is only no-rinse if you let it air dry completely.

Otherwise you need to rinse it thoroughly with warm water prior to use. Go get some Star San before your next batch...it's a no-rinse sanitizer that is 100% safe if you get any in your beer. Worth it's weight in gold in a home brewery.

If it's a no-rinse, you should be able to use it directly after sanitizing with it. I use one step the same way and have never had a problem.

how long can Easy Clean be used/stored/re-used? I understand the One Step loses effectiveness after about 24 hours.
