I forgot to add the boiled sugar water to the bottling bucket and I just bottled about 3 beers and stopped. Boiling the sugar now. Should I cool it down and then pour it in the bucket?

You need the sugar, so pop those tops. I would think with sanitized you could return the beer to the bottling bucket. You may want to stir with sanitized spoon.

Yeah, cool it down and pour it carefully over the back of a sanitized spoon into the beer. Be extra careful not to splash. Every splash can introduce oxygen into the wort. After it's poured in, slowly stir with a sanitized spoon, also being very careful not to splash.

I did something similar on my first batch, and it came out okay.
