Well Thanks to JonW this is another upright build...

going to put 6 taps on it for starters.
was going to give them the same 3 inch spacing that Jon did so I can add on the outsides if needed.

The Plan.
6 Taps
2 three port manifolds
1 primary on the 15 lb bottle
2 secondaries. (1 per manifold)
Perlick 630ss's maybe 2 flow controls
possibly 1 stout
So the part I am stuck on is the control.
I would like to keep the lights and fans hooked up the way it was.
The freezer I got had the digital display on the top middle of the door.
From what I can see the thermostatic control all goes through a electronic module which is what I would need to partially bypass....I think....

I have made a few boxes with the sct-1000 so I get how that works and I have wired a few race cars so the wiring part does not scare me.

I will attach a pic of the schematic on the back.
And a crappy pic of the freezer I got :)

Freezer model for future searches 253.26072100

Thanks in advance

On the power side (not the user interface side), it looks like you could disconnect line "J" to stop the defrost circuit from kicking in. You could then wire line "G" through your STC controller to turn the compressor on/off as needed. That would leave all other controls functional.

Makes sense to me Jon
I removed the defrost already from the coils so the only thing I needed was how to get the compressor on and off...

I will try and report back.
waiting on a new stc as my others are busy at the moment :)

Ordered
6 shanks 4 inch SS
1 perlick 650ss flow control (Have other perlick 630ss already)
50 feet 3/16 bev
50 feet 5/16 Gas
1, 3 way manifold (have a 2 way already) last going to be nitro
6, 90 deg SS tailpieces
6, beer nuts
6, washers

most the stuff was from kegconnection but they only had chrome 90's so I got those from kegworks

so far the freezer was 200 and parts 330 ish...

I think that was it so far...
need to get the stc still but that is just a day away with amazon.

Getting excited.

Also need to find a nitro faucet.
I would like an all SS one but damn those are spensive lol.
I already have a few primary regulators and think I have a nitrogen one laying around.
I have a few old argon tanks that I can swap out for nitrogen because they are the same valve (I am in the automotive/fabrication/racing field).

I think I am going to need 1 secondary regulator so I can run 1 of the banks at a different pressure if needed.
I only have 3 beers made right now so I need to get to brewing.
I was thinking of getting one of my locals IPA's and tossing it in there.
70 bucks I think for a euro half which is 6.6 gal. seems cheap to me.

For the record.
I cut the yellow wire going to the compressor and fed that into the power for the STC then jumped that wire over to the first of port on the cooling relay then back out to the compressor.
the white wire going to the compressor I spliced and ran a lead to the other port on power side.

all is good and working.
only issue I see is the fan may run all the time

and a confirmation that the fan is always running....
somehow I need to figure out what it is supposed to do and figure out how to make it do that lol.
p.s happy brewday
