I have an ESB fermenting away (5g, 1.050, IBU 60), but I'm spreidd that it's underhopped. I have plenty of hops in it, but in my recipe the last hop addition (~1/2 oz EKG) is at 15min and almost all ESB recipes I've seen since have hops addee at 5 and/or 1min as well. Will my beer be to low in hop flavor/aroma and is it possible to do a dry hop to add flavor?

nearly all of the bitterness and flavor from hopping comes from your additions early in the boil. Hops added late in the boil don't have the time to be utilized and provide more for aroma and little bitterness.

If you calculated your IBUs and added the hops on schedule, you shouldn't have to worry about your beer being underhopped. at 60 IBUs with 1.050 OG, I don't think underhopping should be your biggest concern. remember the bitter beer face? that could be you

Thats plenty of IBUs for an ESB. It will certainly be bitter for the style. As for hop aroma/flavour you can dry hop with a 1/2 oz EKG if you like. The recipe you are following clearly aims to create a bitter flavourful ESB, if you want late hops for aroma too then add them, if you like late hops then do it it won't ruin anything to put your own twist on someone else's recipe, that's sort of the point of homebrewing ;)

The worry is that i should have moved more of the hops to a later timepoint in the boil, I like bitter stuff, so I should be able to still enjoy it, although it wasn't supposed to be this bitter, I messed up in beersmith and didn't catch it untill afterwards. I guess the best is to just let it be and brew an extremely hoppy IPA to compensate for this one.

I wouldn't stress over not adding hops in the last few minutes. 15 minutes is still near the end. I usually add at 60, 30, and 10.

I do hope you like bitter stuff. 60 IBUs is still considered extra hoppy at twice the OG. Let it age for a while, mellow out a bit, and it'll be drinkable.

Maybe brew an american pale ale to be drinking whilst you are waiting for this one to age if you like hops and something a little different to the ESB? The recipe you have was basically an english ipa without any late hops which there doesnt always have to be.
