First time kegging (and first brew), everything setup and set PSI for 12 to let sit for a few weeks and condition. A couple days later I decide to just take a sip and hook up a picnic tap and pour a little. Beer very green as expected but gives me hope that it will be awesome.
Here's my mistake I think - left the picnic tap on for next couple of days.
When I take a look in the Keezer after 2 days the co2 tank is empty and I've got no pressure (didn't open the keg but none was registering on regulator). I immediately disconnected the ball locks and am now wondering what a few days of possibly zero co2 will do to my beer (no CO2 distributors open on weekends).
Any ideas on what affect having co2 removed and then readded a few days later will do?
Thanks
