Hi, I under pitched me yeast would the beer go bad. Basically I started my batch yesterday. I when to me local store to get a extra back of yeast that I would need for me 1 gallon and 5 gallon cider. They didn’t have the yeast that I like.. So I had only one pack of yeast at me house that split between the two batches. In a 1/5 to 4/5 ratio. The pack of yeast that I have was made only for 5 gallons. Do in need to get another pack of yeast and pitch it in? Or just levee it be and wait unit the fermentation started. I check it this morning the fermentation look like it started but slowly. Can I just pitch in a extra pack of the same yeast just in case or its not recommended?

dzień dobry
Yes, one pack total will work.
One pack of yeast should be fine for 6 gallons of cider.
I would *not* add another pack.

Dzien Dobry. Ale ta paczka byla podzielona na dwa rożne pojemniki... jak narazie bumelki idą więc chyba nie będzie złe. ( the pack was spill in two difference containers not one whole. currently the fermentation is bubbling so hopeful is going to work out)

Yes, two different containers ... one 1/5 and one 4/5 pack of yeast.
That should be good.
Na zdrowie!
