Hi all. I have been lurking around these pages for a few months now, and need a little help.
3.5 weeks ago I bottled a Pilsner Blonde kit from Black Rock brewing. OG was about 1.044 and FG was 1.008.
I primed with the proper amount of dextrose (bulk primed) and bottled with a wing capper (that I have now sold and replaced with a bench capper). I have noticed that I have a bunch of bottles with co2 escaping and others that seem fine, however I am worries about the integrity of the entire batch because the seal in the crown caps I used where kind of wrinkled up. So what is a good solution to fix the whole batch, seeing that some may be carved fine, and others may be totally flat. should I pop them all open and drop in a carb drop to each? add a little yeast and sugar to each? drink half of them flat?
Thanks guys!!
