Anyone using a UnaBrau? How is the quality? What is the depth below the basket to the bottom of the kettle?
I'm considering buying their kettle/basket to build my own system. I've already got a good controller and a Riptide pump so I'd be adding a standard 5500W element and using the rest of my gear.
Also Interested in seeing what you've done for a dip tube and anything you've done for blocking trub/hop matter.
