I didn't wait long enough or didn't use enough sorbate before back sweeting and fermentation has liked back up... It is still actively bubbling, and I didn't take a SG reading cause I was too angry when I realized it was fermenting. What would be the correct amount of sorbate to use for a 1 gallon batch?
