Ooops. For some reason I brain farted and left my golden sour on Nelson Sauvin dry hops for 2 weeks.

The beer itself is a mixed culture sour that's about 8 months old. I have 2.5 gallons on oak, 2.5 gallons on apricots and then took 1 gallon and racked it onto 1oz Nelson hops w/ 5 american medium toast oak cubes exactly 2 weeks ago.

I had it tucked away with the other sours and kinda forgot about it. I just threw it into my kegerator to cold crash and plan on bottling tomorrow.

How grassy do you think this will be? haha

I haven't used Nelson Sauvin for more than 2 days, nor do I generally dry hop more than 24-36 hours. There is a possibility it will be grassy. How grassy... you'll have to taste it to see for yourself. Nelson can get a bit dank/diesel-y.

I cold crashed it for 24 hours and then bottled it. Definitely didn't have any grassy aroma or flavor. Looking forward to trying this when it's carbonated.
