Two breweries work out deal

I just read this where two breweries with the same beer name settled the issues over lunch and a beer with a handshake. This is how it should be done.

The Three Floyds' "Black Flame" bottle doesn't even have any black flames on it. Those flames--if that's even what they are--are blue. I should sue them bastids for false advertising!

I live not too far from White Flame and I have been meaning to check them out. I follow them on Facebook and the beers they have on tap sound awesome.

Not comparable situations.

I do applaud the two breweries in this article who got together and worked it out, but this example is a MUCH easier situation to deal with than the Bells/Innovation situation.
