What is the most bizarre mead you've ever heard of. I recently heard tell of a recipe (can't find the actual recipe yet) for a mead that called for soaking raw chicken in the fermentation pale once the alcohol content reached a certain level overnight. Apparently it changes the flavour and the chicken can be cooked and eaten as a nicely marinated meat. I like hearing about the the truly strange, and I doubt I am the only one on this board that has heard some odd ones.
