Ah, the gizmos are piling up. Now I'm looking into a turkey fryer so I can do full boils. I'd really prefer to get one that I can use indoors, because I'll be moving to an apartment in the next couple months. Thus, outdoor boils will be nigh on impossible.

Any suggestions, or should I just stick to my partial boils?

Anything where you are hooking up LP is out if you are brewing indoors. I have seen some folks use their LP stuff indoors. They claim that their place is well ventilated. Really a dumb idea if you ask me.

Yeah, without serious ventilation and exhaust systems, using LP indoors is ridiculously dangerous. Carbon monoxide poisoning is a very real risk. If you can't brew outdoors, a slightly less appealing option is to conduct your full boil split between two pots, splitting your hop additions equally.

I have this one and i also have the double version of the one above. It is a solid stand, in fact by looking at some of their other stands it looks like the best built stand they offer. On top of that the thing rips, You can usually find it on amazon for pretty cheap and maybe even with free shipping, i think i got my single one for around 30 bucks shipped this was a few years ago though.

I was looking at the electric "countertop" fryers, but it appears those are unfavorable. I guess I'll investigate the 2 pot option. How practical that will be is yet to be seen.
