My name is Joshua and I've been brewing with extracts for about 3 years now. And, I'm finally ready to step up to all-grain!! I'm working on putting together an electric brewing system through my LHBS. But, the wife says I have to sell a couple of my smokers first So, it might take a few weeks. I look forward to making some new homebrew friends and learning from you all!!
