Prepping to brew this mango oat gose. The recipe calls for Goodbelly Mango Juice to do the kettle souring and I'm having trouble locating it near me in Reading Pennsylvania. I had searched my zip on Goodbelly's store locator and it said that my local Giant carried it, however I was only able to actually find the probiotic shots. While the ingredients are similar, there are some differences between the juice and shots so I'm not sure they'd get the same effect.
Can anyone recommend either a substitute product or, if someone is local to southeast PA, have they seen the Goodbelly Mango Juice anywhere?
