I would appreciate your feedback. One of our treasured local breweries is Yazoo. They have a great American Amber called Dos Perros. Searched everywhere for a clone recipe and couldn't find it. I did link their website, though, which gives ingredients, IBUs, etc. http://www.yazoobrew.com/our-beers/index.php
I tried to put together a PM version of the recipe. This is my first attempt at putting one together from scratch. I would appreciate any comments/suggestions you may have. Thanks!
