Hey just purchased a Bayou Classic SP-10 High pressure cooker to use for our boils. I noticed it states on the box that its designed for 20# propane bottles. My home grill uses 15# bottles. Is that going to be an issue?

Any opinions would be greatly appreciated.

Shouldn't be, as the regulator is what matters. To paraphrase: If the screw fits, brew it.

20 pound is the old school term. The tanks don't appear to be getting smaller but their volume does. Think it was the OFP valve that did away with the tanks holding 20 lbs. I'll have to check with Hank Hill to see if that is accurate.
