Are you trying for actual orange flavors in this brew?

awwwww crap i forgot to type in that ill be using 1oz bitter orange peel and 1oz of sweet orange peel. i used this combo before with sucess when i added it to a kit before.
thanks for bringing the omission to my attention

If you want to use flaked corn, you may want to mash it with a pound or so of 2-row at 150-ish degrees.

There's conflicting info on whether or not Honey Malt has any conversion enzymes at all, but no matter what, it probably doesn't have enough to also convert flaked corn.

That plus a little orange zest at flameout and I think you're good!

I would agree with Magnus and definitely throw in some 2-row for a mini-mash. Honey malt has a diastatic power of 50L so it will convert itself, but not additional adjuncts.
