i have a question about my trippel in its secondary stage. after hitting my target FG of 1.012, i racked over to a glass carboy for clarification as the beer was tremendously cloudy. well i started the secondary in the basement and after 48 hours the clarification had begun and the beer had healthy striated layers. then i read somethign about trippels need to be kept warm (basement is about 50). i brought the barboy upstairs and after 48 hours uptairs at about 70 degrees its not layering very well. there are layers, but they are not as well defined at all. my question is, what do you folks think? should i put it back in the basement, or should i leave it upstairs with the warmer temps and relax?
