I haven't had time to post in a while but I just finished welding up a plate chiller for my own brewery so I figured I owed you guys a little brewery porn 
There are tri clover temp probes that go with it to monitor I/O temps.

The only bummer is it isn't truly sanitary. Although I back-gassed the entire chiller with argon while I was welding, being a socket weld there is no way for me to get a sanitary weld. No matter though; with this whole plate chiller design I plan on baking it at 350* before brewing anyway.
