Am I just completely ****** if I get there any time after opening on a Saturday? I'll be in Boston for a wedding this weekend, but have a long run Saturday morning. No way I'd get there before like 2ish, but would then have to be back in Boston to get ready for the wedding at like 5 or 6

For cans probably, not sure how the week is going to go or if something else is going to get released. Your best bet is to check the on-tap page Saturday morning and then follow them on twitter for updates into what kicks. Growler fills will be your play probably.

So no go on cans, only growler fills if I went on Saturday? Or the opposite?

Correct. Going Saturday afternoon can be pretty dope actually, if you're there late enough you can be in and out with fills in under 15 min sometimes... Cans will just almost certainly be gone and some things will likely have kicked. I don't think cans have ever lasted late in the day on Saturday...

EDIT: Did not read your post correctly. Have to be back by 5 or 6... Probably need to be there a little earlier at which point lines will be longer. But at 2 sometimes cans are available.. who knows!

Beneficiaries of Chance was brewed for Nate and Lauren's wedding last fall. It was an APA that tasted a bit like Green (L-Dog's favorite) but softer and more crushable. It was my favorite APA to come from the TreeHouse tanks. This new beer appears to be the sequel, perhaps for the anniversary of the two of them tying the knot.

It's rare, but it does happen. Once grabbed 18 Eureka Citra at like 5:45 on the way from Boston to a tasting in Middletown. :)

Zach is absolutely right though, if things are mellow it could make for a somewhat innocuous visit (wait-wise). More or less what you need to make it in and out fast.

Thanks for the help all. Doubt I'd score many points with the girlfriend trying to get away for a few hours on Saturday so I'll just have to bag it I s'pose. Wait is 2pm the new opening time in general? I could definitely get there around 2pm on Friday.

edit: nevermind, read the website. I'm an idiot. Pay no attention. Definitely not 2pm

BoC was soooooooooooooooooooooooooo good.

You will probably miss out on cans going late Saturday, but you should be fine for growler fills.

I think I'm just gonna wind up hitting Trillium for some bottles. Pretty close to where we're staying in Boston. Thanks for the advice all

It has been too long since Green has been available. I am very happy to know that it's both coming back and coming back in quantities that make it reasonable to have a specifically designated can rather than just a sticker.

If those hit before the end of the week I foresee my fridge bursting at the seams due to the quantity of Tree House cans I'm trying to store in it.

I might head out that way tomorrow. Finished all my Eureka w/ Mosaic cans. Like everyone else crossing my fingers tomorrow's the day Green in cans.

I NEED to make it out there. ISO anything if anyone wants to part with a couple cans, only had a Julius, which made my loins feel funny.

Did they raise the limit to 12pp? What time did you go and how long was the wait? I'm an hour away in CT and am trying to plan a day/time to go.

Anyone going to the 5K race this sunday that wants to trade IP for some treehouse ? I need my can fix! Or growlers too.....
