I was just wondering if any of you guys growing hops had treated your rhizomes with any rooting hormones like Dragon Rootone ?

No, but I am on my way outside to try it right now with a stubborn hop that hasn't sprouted yet. Thanks for the idea, I will let everyone know how it works for me.

Haven't tried it on hops, but rooting hormones made a huge difference in the survival rate of my tree seedlings.

I tried some rooting hormone on roses and azaleas as well as on another less than legal plant of an unmentioned hemp variety which happens to be somewhat related to hops, and had really good results.

Once my plants are established, I'm going to try the rooting hormone and see if hops can be easily propagated from cuttings and rooting hormone instead of digging up rhizomes after the season.
