Transporting Wort?

I'm going to be brewing over at my buddies place about twenty minutes away, then bringing the brew back to my place. Should I pitch before or after the trip? Or should the beer stay at his place? Will the agitation ruin the beer?

I hope you guys can help me here.

I just sanitize some plastic wrap and put it in the airlock hole. Buckle it in, drive home. Pitch the yeast. Great for aeration.

Pitch there. Agitation is good for aeration and mixing them yeasties up real good.
