Kidneys are so last year. They don't even make the top 5 in best organs lists. Livers are where it's at.

At this point I'm fairly certain my liver is at the least 50% barrel aged, so another one can't hurt to have on hand.

I received two Cakes in a trade, drank one with a friend and I am trading the other off. It's a good beer. I am not stingy when it comes to beer, if I have enough I will share. I guess it's the southern way of life.
