Keep me in mind this year. I only want one, but wouldn't be upset about more than one.

Will do. If I remember correctly, the bottle limit is usually pretty high on that release, so it shouldn't be a problem to get a few.

I hope I can find tweak aka meth addict down here. That stuff was amazing..

Also blizzard. I'll happily trade for some avery barrel stuff through out the year.

I don't think tweak gets bottled, but there seem to be a lot of kegs of it.

There's a barrel release coming up at the end of this month - Rufus Corvus. Send me a PM and we can work something out.

Yep. Goose island/inbev is doing a "tour". They had a trivia to get to purchase. I got 4 right and stunned the questioner with one lol. After they ran out of questions everyone got one more choice. I just need to find some barely wine to complete most of the variants. I want the BW! Lol

I may have a four pack. Check back with me at the end of next week. If my trade falls through for KBS for it I'll swap with you.

Been a busy day. The first pics with the bourbon county I got at a local store. Which is a big, happy expensive haul.

Next pic is a trade from igot2legs. Thank a bunch man. Will enjoy these alot.

The crooked staves are from mhurst and there are a duplicates for wes. The last pic we have to fight who gets what lol thanks a bunch. I always need a crooked stave hookup.

I already hated you enough for making it to that GI trivia night when I couldn't and scoring some backyard rye. Now I see you have two Riservas! You better keep a close watch on your cellar while I'm there next. :p

What i heard they are bottling it but not sure if that holds water.

I'll let you know about the Avery, I definitely like to trade for some.

*replacing the door knob with a dead bolt*

In my defense, I just stumbled upon it. Luckily I know beer and got the questions right lol There was not many people there too. Prairie Bible belt is hitting there monday. I know i'm not going to be there and also the spring fling at Petrol is on easter weekend so i might not be able to go to it.

I might actually put a dead bolt on there.

Were the questions hard, for common folk?

It was mostly questions about Goose Island/barrel aging/what ever they can think of. Some GI people was there too. I got a surprise look from the questionnaire because i knew when the first Bourbon county was released and asked how did i know that. Some people got more than me because i stopped myself after 2 other times i stopped my self. Plus most people were on their phone searching for an answer and I was going from memory. That shows who really knows about the beer haha.

Like what is the airspeed velocity of an unladen swallow?

African or European?

I've never had either. But doing so while BBQ'ing sounds like a solid idea.

Also waiting to hear if my bottle shop got their kbs shipment today. Might pick up a lost abbey to try while I'm there if they did...

Is the Riserva hard to come by? I went to a place yesterday and there were 2 in the shelf. I grabbed 1, paid the $16 for it and never thought anything more. It's 2014 and since I just bought the 2010, I figured I'd do a side by side.

Weyerbacher distributes up and down the east coast (mostly) along with MN, WI & NE so if you aren't in those states then it can be hard to come by. Luckily for me they are two hours away so it is everywhere :)

*edit* - that said, Riserva seems to be selling a lot quicker this time compared to the 2012.

Me and wes would not know. We do not get them down here. Trade only. Cant wait to open one. Need to dig into the cellar after the stuff i have been getting in

I can't believe how much more expensive things really are in Philly for you guys, even over Chicago, which I've always thought was really high in comparison to other states.

Although, I'm taking a trip out to San Fran in August and I was perusing some bottle shops websites out there to see where I can go in relation to where I'm staying, and DAMN, they are expensive too in relation to here, for the same beers, that are made just down the street from them! How a bottle can cost $5 cheaper in Chicago than SF when it has to travel all the way across the country, I have no clue.

Theese things confuse me too. Like The Abyss for instance. It sells for $18 at the brewery, yet when it was here it was only $12. It makes so sense at all, but I wont complain about that one
