Picked up the third leg of the FFL consolation bracket trade today. My first ever beer mail. The front desk followed the advice on the box and had it in the refrigerator for me. Hopefully you like them! It's just a standard scotch ale, not a wee heavy so don't expect too much of a kick.

I'm a big fan of the uff-da. If you end up liking it maybe we can set up a trade for more in November when its released again! Glad everything made it safely.

Perfectly fine with the ginger wheat. I enjoy ginger beers. Good juju is one of my favorite summertime beers. I'll enjoy it in spring, if i can wait that long

Just stopped at the bottle shop. They didn't have what I was looking for, but that didn't stop me from spending a ton of money. My basket looked like a mashup of the pictures on this thread: 8bit, hi-res, Vanilla buffalo sweat... When my wife sees what I bought I'm blaming it on all of you.

Ya darn homer! I love beer, as do we all, but homer beers are always more satisfying. Not necessarily better all the time, just more satisfying. I have a brewery basically in walking distance, something about drinking their beers always is good no matter the quality to me.

I felt the same way, which is why I need a special occasion to order. I did consider that when I add shipping to the bottle price it is pretty comparable to what I would expect to pay here. Except, I can't find that stuff here.

Any reason to choose Bieres Gourmet over Belgium in a Box? Price? Selection? Other?
