Eh I'm a Maine hockey fan, but they don't really exist on the map of any other DI sports. Haven't seen a Maine basketball, baseball, football or soccer game since I was young. But it has nothing to do with my loyalty to my team so much as my dislike for the other sports sans baseball (which I played d3).

I wish hockey was more popular in college sports. K-state only has an inline club team but its fun as hell to watch. Imagine if the big12 had Ice hockey, thatd be awesome

Speaking of the big12 - anyone else following the SI assassination of OSU this week? I don't think the NCAA will use the death penalty, but heads are going to roll, scholarships lost, post-season bans handed down, etc.

O yeah i saw that haha and like i said earlier, NOTHING is off topic in this thread, itll eventually come back to trades, but in the meantime I like a lot of school take it very easy on athletes on their academic performance so that wasnt a bigger shocker. I just hope to hear if the NCAA thinks any of this is true. Weeden made a good point that all the allegations from former players were all guys who had gotten themselves in trouble and had a reason to bad mouth the school. On the other had tho, weeden wasnt booted from the team and he ended his term there on a good notes. I hope to see some good evidence coming soon!

Hockey, eh? I never hear the end of **** from my Quinnipiac friends. Same goes for Yale grads I am friends with and work with. Two of the top programs in college hockey - just a few miles from each other (about 15-20 miles from me).

Yale is a joke program. That is all I have to say about that.

And I got in a fight with a fool uconn fan when Maine played them awhile back (uconn just started their program) he was cheering like mad because it finished in a tie, and then proceeded to be a punk after I mentioned that "here in Maine we don't celebrate tie games"

incidentally he didn't celebrate his loss for the night after.

NCAA has no proof as of now, I'm sure it will not lead to much, look at what happened to Johnny Football, 1/2 a game.

Damn, I thought I saw blue wax on that bottle (whiskey BA). I was under the impression all the waxed bottles were BA.

Edit: just checked the pic again, it's cut off at the top, but looks like blue wax on the bottle. Are you sure that isn't a whiskey BA? It will say under the imperial stout. Like this

So far UPS only charged me $31. Not sure what happened to the other $30 they were supposed to charge me. I'm sure they'll get me eventually.

Edit: The cost of the contents is a highly guarded secret. Mostly because a lot of it was over priced. But it's hopefully going to make someone's day! Makes it worth it in my book!
