Toying with Saké....

Bottling up a 3g batch of Jalapeno Saké. Half the batch will be straight jalapeno infused Saké. The other half is based on my previous recipe, Bloody Mary Saké (or Bloody Jalapeno Saké...something like that).

Oh snap. This will be yummy. You should also try a batch with habaneros.
