Hello

I just brewed my first sour. Its from a wild yeast that i have been stepping up to pitch level that was from fruit of a tree in my yard. and its got some really cool flavors going on. Crazy banana and spice!

My question is that i want just a pure strain as well and the current one that will most indefinitely sour. If I top cropped the yeast will it be pure? or will I have to try my hand at plating?

Cheers
Funky. C
