Brewed my first batch, an Amber on Feb. 12th. Its been fermenting away nicely since then. I was planning on bottling this Sat. so I took my first of three FG reading and it came in right on target at 1.012! Took a little swig of the sample and it tasted pretty good. This forum helped me with a lot of questions I had before and during my brew. Thanks for the help!
