I inadvertently put ~3 oz of raspberry flavoring extract in. I intended to do this at bottling. In a rush I screwed up. Question is... will this compromise the final product?

S Slainte-brew Well-Known Member Joined Feb 2, 2012 Messages 180 Reaction score 14 Location Cincinnati May 22, 2012 #2 probably won't turn out much different than originally. If anything it will dull the extract flavor and you will need to add more.
