Hi
Made a KilKenny-esqu clone with 3 Litres of Pale LME, 500 Grams Crystal Malt, 100 grams Chocolate. Used a WL004 (english Ale) Liquid Yeast vile.

MY OG was 1070, FG was 1016. I know this is too high for the style, I'm now thinking I had too much LME/Crystal Malt combo.

Any thougths?

Thanks
Jay

Does it taste good? If it does, and you're not meaning to enter it into a competition than just go with it. You could always water it down, but who wants to do that?

definitely missed the mark on the clone, but it still should be a fine beer. except for the "vile" yeast. j/k ;)

let us know how it tastes once it's been bottled a few weeks.
