A little over a week ago a friend and I made a batch of beer with his Mr. Beer kit. The instructions say to wait one week. We are on day 9. The brew is now in the primary and still has some bubbles on the top of the brew. (of course its not actively bubbling, just a sheet of foam in the top).

Should we wait until the brew looks completely flat with no bubbles on the top, or is it ok to go ahead and bottle tonight?

Thanks for the help!

Wait at least until the krauzen has fallen, and even a couple of days beyond that if you can.
