I've been brewing all grain for 7 years and now I have an issue. Had some pump problems and lost track of sparging a Rye IPA. Sparged too fast and the og was 10 points low. I know....any the hop bill was for a 1070 beer not a 1060. Needless to say it's kegged and too bitter to be good. drinkable but not good. Does any of you world class brewers know how to go about adding a little sweetness back into this beer? Thanks all..Cheers. Simie
