Toffee Bitter

Hi all!

My SWIMBO recently tried Old Speckled Hen and discovered that she really likes toffee flavors in beer, she also likes the creamy mouth feel of my nitro taps so this beer will probably go on one of those.

This is what I've got so far:
For 2.5 gallons:
5lb MO
0.5lb 120L Crystal
0.25lb 60L Crysta

I don't know if that'll hit heavy enough on the toffee flavors, how do you guys bring that out in your beers?

I think the English medium and dark crystal malts (Simpsons, etc) give more toffee flavor than North American crystal malts.
