To seal or not to seal?

Is it necessary to seal the inside part of the keezer collar with polyurethane etc.? The out side will be painted or sealed for sure!

I would , the wood i used was repurposed and already was sealed. I do get some moisture inside, unsealed wood + moisture=mold

Thanks! Might as well seal, I've got some poly and it isn't going to slow things down.
