Hey guys - I live in NYC and brew pretty regularly in my apartment I typically keep to 2 gallon brews (for space's sake), but I was wondering if you guys had some tips / hacks for being more effective with less space. My set up is pretty streamlined, but I'm sure I could be doing better.

For fun: Pictures of sparging, my temperature regulated fridge, and a mash.

Wow, hats off to you if you can brew in a place where space is at such a premium. Do what I do when space-challenged: think vertically! Use that top three feet of space just below the ceiling for something.

Looks like you have a small setup/routine going. I wouldn't change anything if I were you.

However, one thing that I have done to save a little, I live in a small apartment also. I bought a cheap knock-off corona mill off ebay for ~20$. I use a 15 year old drill to speed-crush on brew day. I bought a nice big bag of 2-row and order the specialty malts for several batches online (no LHBS immediately near me). I keep all the brewing junk in the closet.
