Tiny white sand looking specks in my beer not on top.

My beer froze for the 2nd time and after this time I lost carbonation. I looked though this forum and found its ok to recarb. But I see I have these tiny specks in the flat beer. Heres a pic. Is this dormant yeast? or something to worry about?

It's most likely either yeast or some other trub material. I have to ask, why or how is your beer freezing?

I modified my mini fridge to a kegerator and i wasnt checking the temperature correctly. I got it pretty close to where it needs to be now. Im sorry what is trub?

Trub is all the debris plus all the yeast that have dropped out of suspension during fermentation. Aka the sediment in the bottom of your kegs/fermenters/bottles.
