Time to brew. What to do?!

Just bottled a honey wheat ale this weekend and wanting to fill up the fermenter with malty goodness. Just not sure what to make. I am comfortable with extract brews and specialty grains. Looking at making an easy Hefe, but open to other ideas. Only two brews under my belt so bear that in mind.

Any suggestions for an easy to make, drinkable beer? Like I said, open to all suggestions and/or recipe ideas!
