time to bottle

hey everybody whats up? well my first try at cider is going very well i think. 2 months primary and 1 month secondary and i think i ready to bottle. my only question is how much priming sugar should i add for a five gal. batch? also all the ingredients i have used so far have been organic. can i use organic sugar instead of white sugar? thanks for the help guys.

2/3 cup of table sugar to prime 5 gallons. I don't see anything wrong with using organic sugar.
