1lbs corn sugar
2oz Warrior @60
1oz Chinook @5
2oz El Dorado @1
1oz Chinook 5 day dry hop
1oz El Dorado 5 day dry hop
Union Labs American Ale II (equivelant to Cali ale)
Og 1.074
Fg 1.017
7.5% ABV
100 IBU
I've done this recipe with dark lme, and it turns out great too, but I'm going with gold this year (gold is a bit cheaper). I wonder if my dark malts are enough or if it should get a little oomf?
