Tilt Hydrometer/Temp

My garage is 200 ft from my house wifi and the wifi signal is not available in my gargage where I do my brewing/fermenting. Can I still monitor my fermentation with a tilt using bluetooth on my phone without the ability to pick up a wifi signal?

You can monitor it on the phone screen that is beside the fermenter. It won’t go to the web.
