I'm going to weld a three tier system, and I'm interested in ideas for specs. Would anyone be willing to share suggestions, specs, and/or images? I'd really appreciate it! Thanks!

After years of using a 3-tier, I came to the realization that it would be just as good to have my HLT at a lower level and use a bucket to transfer hot water to the MT. Now I'm using an unconventional 2-tier with the boiler up high. This is so I can gravity drain into the conical. I manually transfer water from the HLT to MT and wort from the MT to BK. I like not having pumps. Sometimes I weigh the water/wort to get an accurate reading on my quantities, and thus utilization/efficiency. 16.5gal batches.

I built my three tier by working from the bottom. I put my fermenter on the floor then determined how high the first part had to be to get the valve on the boil kettle high enough to drain into the fermenter. Then I did the same to determine the height for the mash tun and finally the same to position the hlt. I am going to add a filter and piping so that I can just turn a valve to fill the hlt. I have no specs and they would not be of much use anyway because your equipment is probably different than mine.
