First Batch, t=+72 hours:
Ok, so the yeast finally caught. The krausen is getting pretty high up there. What is the wort supposed to smell like now? I feel like I have a lot of acetaldehyde but I feel like I aerated enough. What is a beer supposed to smell like at this stage? It burns my nose when I waft it.
