Made a chocolate cherry wheat ale yesterday.
6 lbs Bavarian wheat l me
1.5 lbs honey
Steeped a lb of chocolate grains
1oz hallertau at 30 minutes
1oz Czech Saaz at 15 minutes
And the last 5 minutes 2 cans of cherries and 2oz of cherry extract
Pitched dry wheat ale yeast
Any thoughts on this?...
 
Tasted great just wondering if the can of cherries and cherry extract will be enough It has a really good cherry flavor to it right now but I've heard that can dissipate after fermentation. ..i still have 2oz of cherry extract could I add that at bottling?
