So, Im going to do a Big IIPA for the first time. Big hop bill in the boil, and big dry hop bill. I spoke to my local shop, and the woman there said she like to do "hop teas" for dry hopping. She uses a french press (or boils water/adds hops) to create a strong tea. Then adds to the carboy. Does anyone here have any experience/opinions on that? With the dry hop bill in this recipe, I fear losing alot of liquid, and thought this may be a solution....
 
That's a hopping method, but it's not dry hopping at all. It has a very similar effect to just using more late addition hops
